Tickets come in. Customers swear nothing changed. Find the fault, fix it with as few lines as you can, then file the real root cause. Fixing the symptom only gets you half pay.

Read the ticket. Users describe symptoms, not causes.

Investigate and fix with Junos commands. Remember to commit.
Listen to Rowdy. After each command he yells hot or cold. Mute the coach for a bonus.
Impress Kage. Do something genuinely clever and the ninja drops in.
Close the ticket. The customer retests everything, including what already worked.
File the root cause and read the debrief.
